


A message from the founder, Jasmine:
I’ve spent the last decade working across the marketing landscape of Southeast Asia. My journey started in the fast-paced world of regional e-sports and eventually led me to a marketing agency where I spent five years, eventually stepping up to lead the team. Over that time, I’ve had the chance to manage more than $1M in ad spend for over 30 brands: everything from skincare and home appliances to insurance and medical centres.
After years of seeing the industry from the inside, I realized I wanted to build something that felt more direct and accessible. I started Surgo because I value the freedom to work closely with brands I believe in. I’ve seen how traditional models can sometimes become a bit out of reach for many business owners, and I truly believe that high-level strategy shouldn’t be gated behind high overheads.
My goal isn’t just to be another service provider; it’s to be a partner in your growth. I keep my approach lean and my pricing fair because I want to make sure that solid marketing is something every brand can tap into.
I also believe that as a brand grows, its natural next step is to eventually bring its marketing in-house. It’s your story, and you should own it. I like to think of Surgo as the wave that helps carry you toward that goal. For now, I’m here to handle the strategy and the heavy lifting, helping you scale until you’re ready to take the wheel yourself.
